Professor PJ returns from Art of Jiu Jitsu

 

I am back from teaching classes at the Art of Jiu Jitsu Academy in Costa Mesa/Newport Beach California!  Professors Rafael and Guilherme Mendes asked for me to cover some classes while the coaches from AOJ competed at the IBJJF European Championships.  It was definitely a great honour and I jumped at the opportunity!  I am looking forward to being back on the mats at Pura BJJ and I hope to see you all soon!
